Inches matter, even in some of the biggest projects.

Architects and engineers turn to Artisan precast concrete walls when there is no room to spare.

We built a wall for a project in Northern California that was a city in-fill project, with a zero lot line.

Everything was extremely tight on the job, so they couldn’t put up a traditional masonry wall because it required a wide, continuous foundation. That foundation would be anywhere from one to three feet wide.

The builder found us and asked us if we had a solution. We did. Our piers are 1 foot wide, so they lose only 6 inches of space on the lot line, instead of 1.5 feet to 2 feet.
