Sales Estimator — Code: 403

Description:
Prepares sales cost estimates for manufacturing of products, sales projects, or services requested to aid management in bidding on or determining price of product or service. Determines type of materials/equipment requirements. Utilizing knowledge of products to be manufactured, services to be performed, and type of structure to be built, using blueprints and specifications. Computes cost estimates for materials, purchased equipment, subcontracted work, production activities, and labor. Locates prospective customers, develops and follows up with multiple sales leads, as well as closes on developed leads. Markets Artisan products and services, meeting and exceeding company goals and objectives. Guarantees the delivery of exemplary customer service throughout the entire sales process, from point of sales, to installation and finished product at the jobsite.


Project Manager — Job Code: 302

Description:
Responsible for the management and oversight of multiple crews. Creates and executes project work plans, as well as revises as appropriate. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client. Effectively applies Artisan methodology and enforces project standards. Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. Minimizes Artisan exposure and risk on project. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.


Crew Foreman — Job Code: 304

Description:
Ensures that all safety programs, policies, and procedures are being adhered to. Studies specifications to plan procedures for construction on basis of starting and completion times and staffing requirements for each phase of construction. Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules. Oversees and works along with construction crews and may help with construction if necessary. Confers with and directs construction personnel in the execution of construction procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction. Reviews and/or prepares reports on progress, costs, and materials used, and adjusts work schedules as needed.


Fence Installer — Job Code: 306

Description:
A general labor construction candidate for putting up fencing on commercial and residential sites. Will be digging holes for posts and laying out fence material. Must have driver license and able to lift up to 50lbs. Some construction experience is a plus. Ensure that each fence installation, fence pull or other service is performed to meet Artisan Precast standards and the customer's expectations in an environment that ensures the safety of the customer and all Artisan personnel.
